Did upload the front side of your picture in the portal?!?

So how would they know about the information on back? Especially the date

Hello everyone, I got my p2 yeaterday, now i am trying to upload my picture. I scanned front and back of picture. i convert that to jpg and It gives two separate ones as front and back. Like they are not attached to one file any more, And on portal doesn't let me to upload two separate photos.

I replied with exactly same infos.

Hello everyone, i received the p1 on sept 25th and send the information on sept 30th. Then i realized that i had to reply and then I sent them information again on October 8th. And still waiting for p2 and not sure if that is going to delay the process as I replied their the email on October 8th.
