When we applied online they said biometrics is not required now but we will message you once it is required so thats y we didnt pay for that. They sent the payment biometric letter and we have paid and sent them an email with the receipt plus linked it to the online account. Still after 48 hours...

I am a Bangladeshi citizen but I was born and stay in UAE so i think UAE processing days will be considered. My point is is it normal to get biometric payment letter after 27 days? And after paying also didnt receive the biometric request letter yet.
