Thanks for your help. First of all, I was in touch with a guy from Cohen Immigration Law and he told me that they do not deal with Judicial Review cases, they only process GCMS notes. Secondly, I noted that they charge a lot. May I have details of a lawyer who deals with Judicial Review? Thanks

Thank you very much for the information. Let me order the GCMS note first, then I think If I see any chances of winning the case I'll need to hire a lawyer. Am I right? Or, probably I could get started with it myself. But, I am not sure if goes for trial then how could I deal with it in that case!

Should I apply for e-GCMS that costs $20 or GCMS+ that costs $55? Moreover, would you advise me to apply it myself and apply for appeal at a later stage after analysing the GCMS notes? Thanks

I just have a cursory glance over it and felt that it provides the details instead of lodging an appeal against the decision. In my case, they have sent me the refusal letter, though they did not detail the reasons, but provided brief accounts with reference to the relevant immigration sections...
