What are the chances for 471, with entry made in the pool on 15th Nov, 2019. Given that 472 was the last draw score (Nov 13th) and other profiles at 471 being waiting in queue since last lowest score (464) on 3rd of October.

They said that they sent mine on 01 october. Still no update. 21 days are already over. Now they are saying to wait till 28 days. Everyday goes in fear and tension.

How much time it takes from final review to fluctuating state?

In my case it took 2 days to assessing and for the status to change to final review.
