I have almost the same dates as you but LPP is still outstanding and the last update I got was on April 2, when I got the background completed. I feel like you are a lot closer than me in the process.

Did they say when it completed? If it was recent it might not have updated on your tracker yet. I’d give it a couple of days to see if the tracker updates and if not raise the webform.

What is Paper File location in your GCMS notes?
