Dont be discourage, apply GCMS notes. I am same situation as well. i know at least 6 people now who got their Ghost update on October 27, have their files stuck in the limbo. it looks like they are grouping people based on high risk countries which is very unfair.

I think nothing to worry about. Everyone’s application in Montreal (and maybe in general) right now clears the test first and then the wait. I think it is a good sign for any applicant to follow the pattern of any other routine application. The stuff can get delayed once your application starts...
