My Passport pages request was from CIC-Surrey on May 16... Sent it the same day. No updates since then... It's been over 2 weeks. I see people get LPP complete in days... Not sure what the hold up is So, mine is similar to @Zicomatic but they are over 4 weeks

How does it matter if it is "non routine"? Apart from travelling twice out of country since 2018 my file has nothing complicated and its still non routine. Regardless, 22 months to process an application of any type is ridiculous!

There is no parity. Folks with much later LPP have completed their oath but us waiting. I have a feeling they are processing newer files and the oder ones taking backseats. Unfortunately, no real way to expediate the process.

I doubt it is because of the long wait between PR and citizenship. I have been a PR since 2021 and yet we have a similar timeline! I ordered notes this week. So when I find out what office is processing my application I'll let you know. I have no clue because I never received the email for my test!

This is they type of agent who has a lack of training and doesn't understand his/her job properly . LPP green means decision made is final, we are not in a game here. The actual reason but for sure that agent won't tell you is either judge availability or officer laxity nothing else.

I don't know about that. I live in scarborough and my test invite email also came from scarborough office. Statistics and the tracker excel sheet shows it. Most of the other centers are giving LPP completed within 10 days of test update, but scarborough office is taking like on average 7-8...

I think this is true As you see all of them is completed but tracker does not update. The citizenship process is really crazy.

what office is handling your file? there is no specific time. Everyone’s application is kind of all over the place. It can be anywhere between 1 week to some people have waited up to 5 months.

What did you email them? My LPP was updated as completed on 14th Feb but citizenship ceremony is not started.

I still see Scarborough office sending out oath invites. Not sure what the delay is with Mississauga for older applicants. I only see news for new applicants from Sept/Oct getting ceremony dates this month out of mississauga lol did you request GCMS notes?
