If there is a note on your file like fund requirement not met (which shouldnt apply for CEC, not sure how the skilled trades program works). Is CIC not supposed to let you know about this so you can provide additional documentation to prove this if necessary?

Just applied for my GCMS notes, guess it should take 30days max to get it. AOR is Nov 17 and no changes since ADR in DEC 19.
