Yes LPP complete means decision is made. Oath dates are depending upon availability of Judge and oath dates in different region. At this time if you request your local office that you need the oath done sooner as you have to travel right after with you canadian passport they might entertain you...

My tracker was updated today - LPP is complete. I think this is likely as a result of intervention from MP.

Same my LPP has been also stuck from April 5 2023, I have raised a web form but have no major expectation that anything will happen with it as they keep saying if within standard processing time they will not even respond. This is convenient make standard processing time as absurd large number...
