Hi Del, the job responsibilities will be totally genuine so why would they respond negatively if ever IRCC enquires about it. Also, you mean it can be addressed to like “University of ...”, not just being any person? If IRCC doesn’t care for who it’s addressed to, then I think it should be fine...

They would think as if I’m gonna leave the company soon. Even if I’ll try to persuade I dont think they’re gonna buy it, coz it’s just been 4 months in this company. I’m not worried if CIC contacts them or not later, I’m only worried if they would reject me just for this.. Thanks for your reply :)

No, they refused to address as “To whom it may concern”. They told that due to confidentiality of the info, they need to address some university or an institution only. No, they’ll just address to the university, not to a particular person.
