I got thru this as mine's was from.Pune univ. But a colleague.of mine faced similar issue and hence based on knowledge i posted. He had to.wait.for 2 mths for entire process but go through. Pl go thr 3 to 4 times

Guys U need to visit Mumbai univ registrar office and get this going. Univ exam.dept ( controlle of examinations) gets lot of emails.and the person in charge cannot monitor each amd every email coming from WES You need to go there, put up your case and perhaps some fee also as its normal...
