I am on LMIA which is closed work permit and I’m currently working as a nanny since last 2 months, please let me know what are the options available for me

Had been working as PSW for 14 months( LMIA) under the Nursing Aide category with a senior home and want to move as Nanny for a child care. I want to know whether I can change my profile within my period of LMIA and with a different or same employer. Your advice is highly appreciated
