    Can I become eligible to apply for PR under FSWP (Federal skilled worker program) after 1 year of continuous work experience working with a US-based company in a remote tech support (NOC B) job, while I am on my PGWP (post-graduate work permit) ? So would you advise me to apply under FSWP...

    But then can I Thanks but at least can I apply under FSWP? On the FSWP info page, it states under the work experience section, 'Canadian or Foreign' work experience. It says 'continuous 1 year work experience', so if I work here for 1 year 'continuously', then I can become eligible for applying...

    Hi guys, I finished my 2 year diploma from a college in Canada in April 2020. Presently I'm on 3 year PGWP. Now I am working in a company in India since May 2020 as a web developer. It is a remote position. Does this work experience count towards my PR? Regards Vedika
