    How does the Express Entry system counts our working hours?

    Hi everyone, I just wondering, how does CIC counts our working hours? I have read that they only count 30hours/week for FT but I am just wondering how do they count to make sure we have 1560 hours minimum? is it based on the job offer starting date? or base on tax?
