Thank you. I do understand "implied status" and I do understand that she's elligible for an open work permit. But it doesnt say anywhere, if she's on implied status (which is quite decisive regarding overstaying) and if she has to specifically apply for it.

Thank you for your comment! We are wondering though, how she can proove she's on implied status/she can keep working, and how it is if the BOWP doesnt come through before Dec5 (when the WP runs out), is she then overstaying? Has anybody been in the same situation before? thanks
