No, this does work. That was a temporary solution when the spouse's NOC code was not even updatable.

Thanks. jes_ON. But this make it tricky. I am little scared about - what does it mean it not a completed credential and how does WES and Canada Immigration officer sees it. Also, Credential 3 is 1 year degree. Not sure if this is considered as Diploma/2nd bachelor degree/anyother eligible...
