@legalfalcon I finished taking the re-medical exam after IRCC asked for another one. At the hospital they provided me with the e-Medical Information Sheet document. I am going to upload this e-Medical Information Sheet document via webform. My question is on the 2nd page of this document it says...

@legalfalcon I have 2 questions as follows: 1. After a re-medical is done should we submit the acknowledgment to IRCC given by the hospital via a web-form? 2. What happens if the hospital does not provide me with an acknowledgment, what can I do then to prove I have taken the medical exam?

@legalfalcon Yes, the PCC I submitted were valid when I applied, but the message from IRCC in the link above is under the processing applications section. So I was wondering if I should get another PCC and keep it ready just in case?
