Based on page 227, reply # 3393 & 3392, most of those who received their AORs are from either Asian visa offices, London VO, and some european VOs BUT not even one from Buffalo, Accra, and Damascus VO have received an AOR. Just trying to figure out a pattern. One thing for sure, CIO is not...
