I submitted my file on 18 march 2021 with two dependents , one in canada and one in india , 15 months and still waiting for decision , Eligibility recommended passed but still under review , medicals were expired ,submitted again and now passed on 21 may 2022 , no update after that

Can someone suggest me ? i am planning to evaluate my credentials through CES BUT please suggest that whether i should apply evaluation for master's degree only or both master and bachelor ?

but i hv heard that CES only ask for recent degree while applying evaluation
