    That's not correct as far as acquiring a visa is concerned. Until a child already has a visitor visa every child between 6-18 years of age must apply for study permit in order to enter Canada. A visitor visa application is rejected by IRCC.

    In a TRV application including multiple members of a family, one is primary and rest are secondary. Can IRCC approve the application partially? Since each applicant has a separate application number. Is it possible to get rejection for a secondary applicant but approval for primary aplicant?
