Would someone please help me regarding this course outline? Like what format or how should it be etc? Please?

Seriously. Submitted all the necessary documents. I don't know how to get hold of a course outline? What do I even ask the school for? I don't know what to do. Seems rather hopeless.

Now even I got a message from NAIT saying that the documents I send are insufficient for them to determine the equivalencies! I mean I did my schooling according to CBSE curriculum and send in my 10th and 12th standard marksheets as well! WHAT MORE DO THEY NEED?! Would anyone tell me what more...
