Hello, I was in Canada from March 2012 to November 2015 (3.5 years) then went back to India for 1.5 years. Now I am back to Canada. Would I be able to apply for PR in July/August 2017 under 'canadian experience class' category after gap of 1.5 years? I have my WES and CELPIP Score available.

I scored 10 in listening an 6 in reading which sounds strange. But since both are computerized does anyone know if revaluation will help?
