Hello all, I've a serious concern here. I submitted our passports to Nairobi VFS in-person on 9th Feb 2024. My tracker got updated on 12th Feb acknowledging receipt of our passports. Same day, our application got approved on my CIC account with Counterfoils. Status on tracker changed to CLOSED...
