Just found out this morning, after speaking with someone from cic that my husband's file has been transferred to new delhi for further processing :) at this point, I hope my husband's case gets process faster ! Has anyone got ppr since their file has been sent to India?

I hope allah teaches them a lesson, esp for making us go thru all this waiting pain and making our life miserable! Is your a a wife case or husband case ?

The only reason why I asked that was because, I know someone she was waiting for her ppr and I guess her husband flew to pakistan Islamabad to visit her and he decided to go to the immigration office within a day he got and spoke to a immigration officer and within 2 weeks his wife got her ppr...

I don't think it will be hard, they just need to apply for a visa for India ? And plus it shouldn't be a problem, especially if their going there for interview :)

Ya, he's in kabul! In Feb my MP of my area contacted CHC and all he got from CHC was that "that file is still under the 32 month Window processing time" behi dil ma bad kada this waiting! How did you find out your file was transferred to new delhi ?

REALLY TIRED OF THIS WAIT :( Would CHC do anything, if the sponsor goes to the CHC office in Islamabad ?? Would they let me speak with an immigration office ? Any info would help :)

Their a$$holes if that's what their doing! They need do their damn jobs!!! I'm getting so frustrated with all this wait! Some people on this form that have applied after me are getting ppr and my hubby isn't! Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for them but it's just NOT FAIR TO US!

Salam everyone: When I sent my file to Mississauga, I sent all MY ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS ...ex: my marriage certificate ..everything was the original copy no photo copy .... will I ever get my documents back???

god damn CHC and their SLOW a$$ processing!!!! I know 2 couples that have broken down due to this long waaaait .... CHC needs to step up THEIR GAME!!!!!
