Quick question about the OWP extra fees. When you pay online, you click the " Work Permit (including extensions) $155" and the "Open Work Permit Holder Fee $100". Is this correct? Also, do we need to include the "Statutory Declaration of Common Law Union" form? Or just IMM 5710? Thanks
