I dont think it is sequential. AORs after July 7th under FSW-O have moved to IP2 and some have gotten PPR while some AORs before July 7th are still stuck in IP1.

This looks like IP2. I am in IP1 and mine says "we are yet to start your background check, blah blah blah".

Hi Guys, I am new here. Below is my Timeline; My visa Office is Ottawa. Got this information by contacting IRCC through the webform on their site. AOR: 07-Jul-2018 MEP: 24-Jul-2018 IP1: 24-Jul-2018 No update since IP1. Waiting patiently...:(
