indian applications are usually handled by the New Delhi VO my study permit is also being processed by them

doesnt that usually have the visa number the same day as you get the BVL? would sending more webforms do anything or just delay further?

its been almost 2 months since i got BVL but not PPR im not sure what i can do, they never replied to the webform i sent last month
