Hi, Does anybody has experience of Birth Certificate not available for Ontario Provincial Nomination Program. I am back to the same old problem... CIC doesn't need Birth certificate, however, I received PT nomination from Ontario (score 449), but Ontario needs Birth certificate. Kindly advise.
