Diabetes is not likely to be deemed to cause excessive demand on the Canadian health system. The OP didn't post the root cause (medical condition) bringing about CICs conclusion on the matter.

Hi Everyone, I'm Dinesh and I'm 28 years old. Last year, I was diagnosed with diabetes. And ever since I've kept my Diabetes level in check. On Apr 1, 2019 I took my regular 3 month test (HBA1C) and found that my HBA1C is 7. Till now I'm using a single tablet as per my doctors prescription...
