I forgot to mention I called the VISA office in Abu Dhabi but the Secretary keeps hanging up on me and never answers...I never had a chance to talk to her...did anyone else encounter that too?

Has anyone (a Canadian who is applying a sponsorship visa) visit the embassy at abu dhabi and inquired to speak to a visa officer. Can you please share your experience and let me know if they answered your questions such as what is the status for the visa you applied for etc... thanks,
