Just downloaded my e certificate! after 24 days

You can email to the same address which received invitation letter. Also submit a web form. I have done each way 3 times! no reaction at all.

It seems most of the officers in Ontario have delay in uploading certificates

I was #98. I have sent several emails and submitted two web forms. No success to call. Nothing yet!

Officer MB doesn't care about any input from applicant. This is what we learned. ☹

The same situation here. I am going to miss very important business trip outside Canada next week. They didn't reply web form and I couldn't succeed via call. Why IRCC states just 2-5 business days despite officers are not complying?

Check your spam box. The first receipt might be there

Feeling the same pain. It seems she has the longest delay among officers when I am searching the comments .Please update me whenever you could download the certificate.

You are absolutely right. They don't care about time but asking for tearing PR.

Hi I had my Oath on October 24th and confirmation of Oath form was received at the same day. No e-certificate is available yet!! The officer is MB from Mississauga center. Anybody had similar experience from the same day of ceremony to guide me? I have important business trip but nobody cares...
