Did you reach to the conclusion? Have you resolved it please advice

I am facing the same problem i think it can be confirm from our own portal. Go to Dashboard Click on approved and you will find either it is showing application in processing or processed. Still looking for solution to resolve will call tomorow HEC to get it resolved
