Thank you @legalfalcon This gives a big relief . Mine was applied through lawyer so i was not 100% sure what were completed. Was worried in case if they missed out the email from IRCC considering the fact that notes were updated the status on October 14th now 3 months already passed.

I have not read anywhere regarding this particular scenario. Is there a VFS like organization in your case too? Please call their helpline number. They should be able to provide information.

Congtraz. We have seen more than one case that application is approved but ppr email missed. Or CIC forgot to send. Connect with CIC and request them to resend the ppr email . Sometimes lawyer will fail to receive too because of junk mail.
