    Sexual Harassment

Why even mention that he’s Indian if his ethnic background is irrelevant? It just makes it look like you have an agenda against this particular race. The only thing that matters is his nationality. If he’s a citizen of Canada then report him to the RCMP.

Canadian Husband living with me in States, wants to sponsor me to move to Canada, but we want to move to Montreal?

True for the most part. If you have a remote job or work for a foreign company then perhaps you could survive with basic French, but I’d recommend learning it either way. The last part is incorrect, I’m a Quebec resident and I can easily gain access to medical appointments in English. (Unless...

Canadian Husband living with me in States, wants to sponsor me to move to Canada, but we want to move to Montreal?

Definitely do NOT apply to reside in Quebec because of the immigration cap. Apply to reside in any other province and land in that province once you get your PR. You can genuinely try to get a job and a place to live in that other province. If it ends up not working out for whatever reason or...

    Living relation during PR

Feel free to quote the part where I addressed the OP and told her to falsify her relationship status. Asking a hypothetical question is not encouraging anything. Everyone is entitled to their opinion :)

    Living relation during PR

Ah okay, that makes sense. Yes, that’s precisely what I was thinking about. This leads to another question. What if she claims that they were not common law at the moment of the application (say they broke up.) and were merely cohabitating. Would that change anything for OP? I’m not...

    Living relation during PR

Are you sure about the never part? I thought PRs could sponsor their foreign spouse after a certain number of years? I don’t see how not adding a common law partner on an application disqualifies them from sponsoring that person for life.

A parent does not remember education and work history

If she doesn’t even remember whether or not she graduated from high school or college then you have a big problem. They will probably reject the application because of the burden it puts on the healthcare system.

If you have job experience in a trade occupation then that might work since there’s a lot of demand. Otherwise, if you get lucky in love and marry a Canadian citizen/PR then you can get sponsored.

    Outland spousal sponsorship.

Hello, I’m currently living in Quebec, but due to several reasons I’m planning to reside in another province with my wife after her spousal sponsorship application is approved. (We got married abroad a few months ago.) What would be the best way to approach this if I were to start the outland...
