My program ends on Fall 2024 but I was given study permit only till Fall 2023, I was told it is easy to extend and can be done some months prior to the expiry date. But, I am facing a suspension now, which would force me to not study in Fall 2020. Would that affect my application for extension...

I know it's been a while on this thread. But, do people with one term break in studies because of suspension from university get approved for PGWP.

Thanks, I think I will own up to it. Getting a F is way better than suspension. And, yeah it works, I checked my uni's previous academic penalties record and those people who confess/readily admit are given less harsher punishments.

Yes there is, I am done reading a huge manual about assessment of academic integrity. I'm making my case as of right now. I was just considering that the appeal get denied by the university. What could I do then?

You are probably right. I didn't actually get suspended yet. I took the answers from internet, which on second look are very wrong but at that time I didn't realize. So, I'm speculating that the profs or the TAs did something and I'm gonna get caught. I will likely get suspended if I get caught...
