I agree with you entirely. . Truth be told If IRCC were doing mandatory interview to screen all applicants then half of the applicants wouldnt make it through (majority from Those who cant even right SOP, those asking for the copy of SOP here and those hire consultant to do everything for them)…

Best thing would be to shutdown EE and give PR visas to PGWP holders as they are already employed and living in Canada since a long time, why bother with outside people who have no connection to Canada at all, this will also allow IRCC to save a ton of processing costs.
