i had applied under spp therefore reson of funds can be neglected it must be due to my acedemics but still i will apply for CAIPS

i had applied for electronic engineering technicians course (undergraduate) for january 2016 the reason for refusal was the proposed study in not in light of following the study u choose ......etc does improving my marks this year increase chace of getting visa ?
