i'm in the process of creating my express entry profile. I have nearly 20 years of work experience. Do i have to collect letters from all my previous employers?

I am an Indian citizen who is currently based in USA. I am planning to apply for Canadian immigration through express entry. Do I need a Police Clearance certificate?

My husband is the main applicant and my kids( 11 yrs and 7 yrs) and I are dependents. Do we all need to get police clearance certificates or is it enough if just my husband and I get the PCC?

Does US work experience count as Canadian work experience. I have been working in the US since 2013.
