When I log in to my CIC account nothing has changed yet. We got PPR by email. So I still see "processing" for background check. lol What is PPC?

My timeline: AR - Dec. 17, 2018 AoR - March 14, 2019 MR -Sept. 4, 2019 MP - Sept. 24, 2019 Backgorund check - Sept. 6, 2019 PAL - Sept. 7, 2019 Ghost email - Nov 7, 2019 I called to CIC again yesterday, they said everything is "passed" and I will get PPR very soon... Still waiting.
