Can somebody explain to my how is exactly CIO works, i have the same NOC 2151 but more then 3 month no reply from CIO? because of Moscow office or ???

That mean i could have a positive answer from Sydney but still have not got an AOR, because Moscow office is working slowly, Am i right?

skilled.worker can you share your experience, i just trying to understand action of CIO. my NOC 2151 and application was received to CIO on 1th February 2011 but still no reply.... Can you tell what is your English level - i thing it is the main reason of choosing application., but not sure...
