I got mine yesterday which happened to be the 5th day since having sent over my response to the confirmation email. I had sent a webform to IRCC just a few hours prior to getting the credentials.

Did you get a chance to talk to an IRCC agent? They would be able to tell you if the portal has already been created for you. I think there might be a possibility that they had already set up the portal; you might not have just received the credentials.

In my case the biometrics information had been automatically updated since I had already provided them while procuring my pgwp. Once the auto-update had taken place, my biometrics "id" and validity information got populated onto my application details page. That is how I came to know about it.

My application has been approved today. I had applied for the extension on October 3; I was single applicant. Now I actually had to drill down into the entry for my application on my account to get to the note of approval though; just wanted to share this note with you folks. Good luck.

Yeah I was just referring to the IRCC website which hosts processing times. The latest update indicates that they had been processing applications received before September 30 as of Dec 29.

Yes you are probably right. I just felt that applications submitted over the course of the first few days of October should have been processed by now based on the most recent updates on the website.
