Congrats....Are you asking if you need to declare that your wife is 2 months pregnant?? Well, you don't have to declare that...just fly to Toronto ( if that's your destination ) and they will check your documents at the airport and also take your photographs. You will receive your PR cards...

My mother got her DM on the 6th of September. Contacted VFS in KTM and was told to send an email to NDHC requesting them to send passport through VFS. Sent the email but no answer. So I don't know when the passport will be sent to ktm and through which courier, VFS or Skynet. So I guess I will...
