I am traveling from the Caribbean to Manchester in the Uk. I have a layover for 15 hours in Toronto Pearson XYZ. I know I require a transit visa for this transit. However, will I be able to leave the airport on my layover? Given I don't have a Canadian visitor visa , juts a transit visa.
