Well, I wouldn't be extending the PGWP, I would be applying for a new spousal OWP, which prima facie I'm eligible for. My issue is the wait period until the OWP is granted, regardless of whether or not I get to stay in the country. Or are you saying that because I am currently on a PGWP, I am...

Doing some further research, I worry that this paragraph ... ... means that if I were to apply for a spousal OWP, coming from a PGWP, my implied status would allow me to stay but I still couldn't continue working. Any additional ideas are very welcome!
