Hi, I'm applying CEC together with my husband, who is not living in Canada. Could I ask him to fill and sign all the forms required and then fax to me? Is this kind of signature also eligible for immigration? TIA Junying

Hi, what if my spouse is working outside of Canada and never been in Canada before? Can we still apply for CEC together with me as the principal applicant? I'm confused about whether the CEC means all the applicants (includes second applicant) must meet the same requirements? Thanks in advance
