    I mean, take a flydubai flight till Dubai and take an Emirates flight from Dubai to Toronto. Is this possible with just a COPR?

    Is there any chance to fly from India to Dubai first and then take a flight from Dubai to Toronto? Looks like there are some flydubai flights available in July but I dont understand if we will be allowed on those flights since we only have a canada COPR and no UAE visa.
