Below are the timelines - June 4- Docs couriered June 9 - Docs received by WES and status updated to 'in progress' June 20 - On hold - Docs sent to university for verification July 9 - We went to the university in person to check if they have received an email from...

Thanks Nishika. We finally traced the email. We went to the university in person and checked on the status. University had replied to WES and now our status is "in progress" from "on hold" :), but with no target completion date as such. We are glad at least there is some progress now.
