Agreed. This inventory number is real, not assumed. What IRCC posted is ground truth, not predictions.

I think it has nothing to do with the applications from APRIL 2020. But it definitely reflects the success rate. In all the 778 applicants that IRRC made the final decision (output) in 2021, only 383 got approved(admission).

Did you hear anyone got rejected? The data shows that they have over 10000+ inventory. Since you know people applied on October 2019 got final results in April 2022. Let's assume the current inventory are applications from end of 2019 - Now. This means in less than 3 years they got 10000+...
