    Does application time take shorter than expected ?

    I am currently on a visit visa in the us and I decided to apply for my Canadian study visa here but my 1-94 is about to expire. Please I would like to know if the application step changes over time, like medicals, biometric and interview or does it just update asking for your passport ?
