Her application is accepted but we still waiting for the PR in order for her to come. so shes not living in Canada yet. I actually called cic and the agent said the same thing, spousal sponsorship is easier to be approved than parent sponsoring.

The work permit is canceled once the person becomes a PR. So no - they won't be able to work if they renounce PR. They no longer hold a valid work permit.

Apply for your citizenship. They do not affect each other and are not dependent on each other, so you can go ahead an apply for your citizenship

As of I know, AOR2 means visa office confirms received your application. SA means sponsor approved by the Sydney office. I received both confirmations by letter to my email.

Doesn't sound like it's the OWP for spousal sponsorship. So your husband is not Canadian PR or citizen, right? The process is very different for family sponsorship (sponsoring family to get PR). It's better to post your question to foreign worker section.
